The process of being selected to join our Talent group involves three steps:
First, submit your resume to info@businesstalentgroup.com. Then, our team will review your materials, and if they indicate a strong track record of success and a good fit with our Clients' needs, we will invite you to be included in our online Talent registry. This is by invitation only and takes about 15 minutes to complete. If we believe your skills and experience are a fit with our current Client needs, we will arrange an interview with one of our professionals. We will ask you for professional references from different companies/institutions and assess your competencies so we can get a more nuanced perspective on where you will be most successful and satisfied.
We work with our Talent through the Talent's business organization (e.g., LLC), or directly, either as a 1099 or as an employee, depending on the specific situation.
