Before joining Business Talent Group, Kristin Brown Patrick founded and ran her own boutique executive search firm based in New York City for 9 years. She focused on financial services, specializing in capital markets, asset management, hedge funds and private equity. Before this, Ms. Patrick was a Managing Director of LC39 Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Previously she was an independent consultant, helping early stage Internet and technology companies raise money, attract board members and develop key strategic alliances for growth and expansion. She spent time at CitySearch (now merged with Ticketmaster), PF Collier, Avon Products and Macy’s New York.
She has an MBA from NYU and a BA from University of Pennsylvania.
