Elaine Babayan Leff has served in various consulting, strategy, and business development roles. Ms. Leff began her career as a consultant and project manager in the Performance Management and Organizational Development practices of KPMG and Mercer. She provided consulting services in the areas of organizational change, performance management, executive compensation, and incentive compensation to clients primarily in the media, entertainment, and technology industries. She went on to hold corporate strategy, strategic planning, and business development positions at the Walt Disney Company, Viant Corporation, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
Most recently, Ms. Leff served as a consultant in the Media and Entertainment practice of L.E.K Consulting where she provided strategy consulting expertise, as well as performed due diligence for private equity investors to assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities. She also led the performance management, recruiting and professional development efforts for the West Coast offices of L.E.K. Consulting during her tenure with the company.
She holds an MBA from Wharton School of Business and a BA from the University of California, San Diego and currently resides in the Bay Area.
